Project Showcase

Our biggest night of the year!

Our annual Spring Project Showcase will take place May 09, 2024 from 5:00 - 7:00. All Monday-Thursday students are required to participate in Project Showcase Prep Day AND Project Showcase Day. Hybrid (Friday) students are not required to participate, but may elect to participate in Project Showcase if they wish.

Wednesday, May 1

Project Showcase Prep Day

FlexTech will have an amended schedule to get ready for the big day.  

• 8:00AM-9:00AM: Blue 1

• 9:05AM-10:05AM: Blue 3

• 10:10AM-11:10AM: Blue 5

• 11:10AM-11:55AM: Lunch

• 12:00PM-12:10PM: Advisory

• 12:15PM-1:30PM: Project Showcase Prep 

• 1:35PM-2:35PM: Blue 7

• 2:35PM-3:50PM: PST

Thursday, May 9

Project Showcase Day

• 8:00AM-8:10AM: Advisory

• 8:15AM-11:10AM: Prep, Problem Solve, Practice

• 11:10AM: Early Dismissal for ALL students

• 1:00 - 2:30: Reaching Higher students will have a session

• 4:30PM: Doors Open

• 5:00 PM-7:00 PM: Project Showcase: Student Presentations

  • 5:00 - 5:45 Last names A-J

  • 5:45 - 6:30 Last names K-Z

  • 6:30 - 7:00 Awards Ceremony
